Is This You?
You’re a parent or caregiver, seeking faith‑aligned support to strengthen the relationships in your home. You may be reaching out for your child, your family, or yourself, but you’re ready to take the lead in the coaching process and help your family grow through the challenges you’re facing.
What You’re Experiencing
You’re navigating communication breakdowns, emotional outbursts, shutdowns, or daily conflict that keep your home from feeling peaceful. You may be dealing with emotional distance or trying to find your footing while a major transition throws your family off balance.
What You Value
You value emotional maturity, intentional relationships, and a home grounded in Christian principles. You’re open to learning, growing, and making changes in your own patterns, not just hoping others will change theirs. You’re curious about what might be happening beneath the surface and want to understand the root causes, not just the visible behaviors.
You want practical tools, structure, and accountability, and you’re willing to come prepared, define your goals, and take the lead in implementing action between sessions. You’re ready to invest your time, energy, emotional work, and financial resources into creating lasting change, because this really matters to you.
What You Want
You want deeper connection within your family, calmer communication, healthier routines, and a home where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. You want to move forward and navigate seasons of change with confidence, clarity, and faith.
Why You Choose Grow Through It Christian Family Coaching
You want a coach who understands child development, family dynamics, and Christian values; someone who can guide you through a structured, faith‑aligned framework that supports meaningful growth in your home.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and transform your family's daily dynamics, here are the coaching options available to support you.
Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy.” -Psalm 126:5
Coaching Options

-
Parent Coaching is for parents or guardians who want clarity, support, and guidance as they navigate their emotions, behaviors, and/or spiritual development. These sessions focus on you, your parenting style, your patterns, and the way you shape the emotional and spiritual climate of your home.
Together, we look at what’s happening beneath the surface, including the responses you’ve learned over time and the generational patterns that may be influencing how you show up. You’ll gain insight into what’s helping, what’s hindering, and what you want to intentionally grow or change.
Parent Coaching is a good fit if you want to:
understand your parenting style more deeply
explore how past experiences influence your current responses
shift patterns that aren’t serving your family
respond with wisdom instead of reactivity
integrate faith into how you lead your home
Maximum of 1 participant
-
Parent/Child Coaching is for families who want support working together. These sessions focus on the relationship between you and your child; how you communicate, how you respond to each other, and how your patterns shape the connection in your home.
This option gives both of you space to be heard, understood, and supported. We look at what’s happening beneath the surface for each of you, explore how your individual experiences influence the dynamic, and begin building shared language you can use outside of sessions.
Parent/Child Coaching is a good fit if you want to:
strengthen connection and understanding
improve communication between you and your child
shift patterns that keep creating tension or distance
practice healthier ways of relating together
support your child while staying grounded in your role as the parent

Family Coaching is for families who want support working together as a unit. These sessions focus on the dynamics between everyone in the room and how you communicate, how you respond to one another, and how your patterns shape the atmosphere of your home.
We look at what each person is experiencing beneath the surface and how those experiences influence the family system. This includes the impact of life transitions such as moving, divorce, blended family adjustments, or other changes that may be shaping how your family relates right now. Together, we explore what’s creating tension, what’s creating distance, and what can help you move toward healthier, more connected interactions. Each person has space to be heard, understood, and supported as you learn to navigate challenges with greater clarity and compassion.
Family Coaching is a good fit if you want to:
strengthen connection across the whole family
improve communication and understanding between multiple members
navigate transitions that are affecting the family dynamic
shift patterns that keep repeating in the home
practice healthier ways of relating together
build a more grounded, faith‑aligned family culture
