Workshop Series for Families
Grow Through It workshops can be offered individually or as a four‑part series that helps families build connection, calm, resilience, and faith‑aligned clarity over time. Each session provides practical tools, emotional understanding, and guidance that families can apply immediately.
-
This session helps families understand how faith can become one of the most powerful tools for creating calm, connection, and clarity at home. Families learn how to integrate faith into daily routines, conversations, and decision‑making in ways that feel natural, grounding, and connected to real life.
Families do not need to be Christian to benefit from this session. They simply need to be open and eager to explore how faith‑based structure, values, and practices can strengthen their home environment. The focus is on helping families experience God’s steady presence — especially in moments of stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty — and offering practical ways to bring spiritual grounding into everyday life.
-
Families explore practical ways to reduce overwhelm, strengthen communication, and create a calmer, more connected home environment. This session introduces foundational tools for interrupting stress cycles and building emotional safety.

Supporting Families Beyond the Workshop
Community leaders often meet families who need more support than a single workshop can provide. Grow Through It Christian Family Coaching offers simple, respectful ways to help families take the next step — always in partnership with parents.
Request Leader Guides
Grow Through It offers two guides that help leaders support families with clarity and confidence:
When a Young Person Is Struggling at Home
When a Parent Is Struggling at Home
These guides help leaders recognize signs of overwhelm, start gentle conversations, and introduce coaching in a respectful, non‑threatening way.
Refer A Family to Coaching
If you notice a young person or parent showing signs of overwhelm, withdrawal, repeated conflict, or emotional strain — the same signs outlined in your leader guides — you can connect the parent with Grow Through It Christian Family Coaching by clicking one of the leader guide buttons above. After you request a guide, I will personally email you a private link you can share with the parent. This keeps the process simple, respectful, and centered on the family’s needs. Once the parent receives the link, they can choose to schedule a free 30‑minute consultation at their convenience.
Families Self‑Refer
Every workshop includes a simple way for families to connect with Grow Through It if they want additional support. This ensures families who feel ready to take the next step can do so easily without pressure, judgment, or urgency.
Leader Follow‑Up Option
If you identify a family who may benefit from coaching, you can request a follow‑up conversation with me to discuss the best next step. This option is especially helpful for:
Youth pastors
School counselors
Social workers
Community program directors
Ministry leaders
It allows leaders to support families without overstepping or feeling responsible for “fixing” the situation.
Clear Next Steps for Families
After a referral, families receive:
A warm welcome message
A brief overview of Christian family coaching
A link to schedule a free 30‑minute consultation
This process is gentle, respectful, and aligned with the tone of your leader guides.
Before You Refer a Family
If you’re considering connecting a family with Grow Through It Christian Family Coaching, we encourage you to review the What Is Coaching? section first. This helps leaders understand how coaching supports families, what it looks like in practice, and how it differs from therapy or discipline. This ensures families are introduced to coaching in a way that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your role.
